Service Management Center of Excellence (SMCE) is devoted to the development of strategies, techniques, principles and practices of excellence that will enhance individual and organizational performance, and further the advancement and maturity of IT in the region.

The second phase of their continual improvement plan was to develop a new website, the idea of this website is to become the core of their services. At the beginning the website will guide the visitors in a tour of the company services, and later on to offer online learning and assessment services.

Being a part of this journey is so exiting to us, and we are learning more and more about service management and excellence.
